For those of you who have followed my Lupus Journey you know that I have been pursuing stem cells for MANY years. The power of Mesenchymal stem cells is the ability to harvest your own cells to cure the disease. We are treating a degenerative process with a regenerative therapy.
This Year's Donations
This year YOUR donation will go directly to MY treatment. The treatment costs $52,450. However based on our commitment to continue to support Lupus Warriors and advocate for the cure I am being offered treatment at $38,500, which represents our fundraising goal.
While our mission continues to support the trial for 15 warriors, and together we have built a strong foundation to fund that study, I am being forced to "put my oxygen mask on first" before I have the stamina to continue with that endeavor.
Your gift will allow me to move forward with my treatment and rebuild my strength for the battle to the cure for all.My advocacy work will continue until my last day and my legacy will be the CURE!
